Cooking guide to make the original Buter Bro cheesesteak
You will receive the following in your DIY kit
We will deliver all required ingredients
for you to cook
Freshly baked bread with baking paper for cooking
Sea salt and black pepper mixed toghether
Sliced marbled beef
Cheddar cheese slices
Our sauces that we use for cooking
You can order mushrooms, jalapenos, tomatoes or extra cheese
Step 1. Prepare the bread
- Heat the pan. Ideally, you want a grill pan, but the usual one will also work.

- Put the bread on baking paper and fry it, gently pushing in a pan for a couple of minutes on each side, until it becomes hot and crispy

Step 2. Fry the meat (+ mushrooms)
- Cut the meat slices into small pieces. If you also ordered mushrooms - cut them into small cubes

- Heat the pan and add a little oil

- Put the meat in a pan, add spices (mixed salt and pepper). Stir fry, until tender (3-5 min.).

- Bring the meat together in a pile and put slices of cheese (3 pcs.) on top. Close the lid so that the cheese melts (1-2 min.)

- If you ordered "extra cheese", then put 5 slices in two layers (3 + 2)
Step 3. Put the cheesesteak together
- Apply both sauces to the cooked bread. For convenience, you can use small bags to squeeze the sauce to the surface, cutting off the corner (photo 2)

- If you ordered extras, then spread them on top of the sauce (mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapenos)

- Put the cooked meat with melted cheese in the middle of the bread and close it!
Voila! Your cheesesteak is ready! Enjoy your meal!
